Privacy Policy

• Account details — your email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Content you add — links you import, including product and app pages; files and photos you upload, including music; scripts, brand kits, voice recordings and Studio conversations.
• Content we make for you — images, video, audio, avatars and text generated on your behalf.
• Page views — the pages you visit, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and country, and how fast pages load, counted in aggregate by an analytics service that sets no cookies.
• Usage information — your runs, settings and preferences, and the technical details of each sign-in, such as IP address and browser, used to keep your account secure and prevent abuse.

• To run the Service: import and analyze references, generate and edit media, and deliver the results to you.
• To share your work with the members of the spaces you belong to.
• To sign you in and protect your account.
• To send the emails described below.
• To fix problems and improve the Service.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use your content to train AI models.

Everything in a space is visible to all of its members. Your personal space is visible only to you.

Media files are delivered through unlisted links. Anyone who has a link can open that file, and removing someone from a space doesn't take back links they already have.

We rely on a small number of providers to host the Service, store data, send email, count page views and run the AI models that generate images, video, text and speech. When a feature needs one of them, we send only what that feature requires. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy, and some process data outside your country.

A current list of providers is available on request.

Sign-in codes, password resets, your welcome email and invitations are always sent. Notifications about your renders and your access to spaces are optional: turn them off any time under Email notifications in Settings.

• Account details are kept while your account is active.
• Content is kept until it is deleted from its space.
• Alternatives you generate but don't pick, such as extra avatar options and unused hook takes, are deleted after 7 days unless you save them to the Library.
• If your account is closed, we delete your account and personal space within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep them. Content you made in a shared space stays with that space.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to a space is checked on every request, so only its members can browse its content.

We use only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in, and others remember your active space and how you like lists displayed. A few display preferences are saved in your browser. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data and your account.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

vid3k is not meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information, and we delete it when we learn of it.

We may update this policy. We'll email registered users about material changes, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
