1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vid3k ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

vid3k is an AI-powered short-form video production platform. Users provide a script and reference image, and the Service generates edited, captioned, vertical video content through an automated post-production pipeline.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires an account. You must provide a valid email address and verify it via a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account creation is currently limited to pre-approved email addresses. vid3k reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Create deepfakes or misleading depictions of real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Upload copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain all rights to the scripts, images, and other materials you provide as input. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use them.

Generated videos. Videos produced by the Service are licensed to you for commercial and personal use, subject to these Terms and any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model providers.

Platform IP. The vid3k name, brand, interface, pipeline technology, and all associated intellectual property remain the sole property of vid3k.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video content. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.

7. Service Availability

vid3k is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Processing times depend on server load, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vid3k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any generated videos already downloaded remain subject to these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
