How does URL to Video work?
- 01
Paste a link. Open URL to Video from Home and paste a product page, a store, an App Store or Google Play listing, or any website.
- 02
Approve what it found. Choose the product to use. While your brand kit is still empty, the brand it read is offered too: tick the fields to keep.
- 03
Pick a template. The product is saved and the template gallery opens with it filled in.
- 04
Run it. Every node shows its price before it runs. Stop the run, rerun one node, or pick a take before it continues.
Which links work?
Shopify stores and product pages, App Store and Google Play listings, and any other website. A store link can find several products: URL to Video makes the ad from the one you choose, and Import from link under Brand > Products can add them all at once.
What does the import bring back?
Up to 6 products per link, each with its pictures and videos, and a brand kit suggestion. The pictures and videos land in your Library.
| Found | What you get |
|---|---|
| Products | Up to 6 per link: name, price, description and key benefits, where the page has them |
| Images | Up to 8 per product, each at its own shape, never cropped |
| Videos | Up to 2 per product, when the page links them |
| Brand kit | A suggestion: name, logo, colors, tone, target customer and more, saved only as the fields you tick |
Is anything saved before I approve it?
No. The import fills in a suggestion and waits. The product is saved when you pick a template (or save it), and a brand kit field only when you tick it and save. What your brand can't claim is never filled in by an import: you write that list yourself, and it shapes every script.
Can I run several imports at once?
No. An import is a generation, and you can run one generation at a time. Close the dialog while it runs and the import is picked up again when you come back to it.
What can I make from the product?
Any template in the gallery, or one of the formats: Hook + Demo, Text on Screen, Photo or Video. The product also reaches Studio and the script and hook writers, which write with its details.
